Welcome to my website!
I am a clinical psychologist providing individual and couples counselling, mentoring and clinical supervision in The Netherlands. I have a general psychoanalytically-oriented practice, working with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds and a variety of concerns. I see patients in several languages, and I specialise in relational problems, acculturation struggles, anxiety, couples and parenting issues, and LGBTQ+ particularities.
Sometimes counselling might be associated with weakness or shame, and people usually come to see me once they are feeling disrupted or unhappy, but I see counselling as a privilege! It is a unique opportunity for growth and self-awareness, both individually and as a couple.
